BTS will return to perform on Korean music shows for the first time in over 2 years


BTS is set to make a return to several Korean music shows for the first time in over two years for the release of their new album “Proof.”

The comeback was announced on BTS label Big Hit Entertainment’s WeVerse fan community platform on June 3. June 17, 2022.”

The pre-recording of the performance will take place on June 10, the same day as the release of their album “Proof”, which was announced in April. The notice also mentions that BTS fans, ARMY, can send letters to group members during the broadcast.

“Please deliver your letters to the staff on site, and they will pass them on to the artists,” the note reads. “Apart from the letters, no other gifts will be forwarded to the artists.”

The seven-member group is also set to appear on other music shows, such as Mnet’s “M Countdown” on June 16. They will also perform the title track from the “Proof” album “’Yet to Come (The Most Beautiful Moment)” on SBS’s “Inkigayo” on June 19.

The last performance of BTS’ Korean music show was for their single “On” from their album “Soul Map: 7.”

“Proof” will be released ahead of the ninth anniversary of the group‘s first single on June 13. The album will be a three-disc anthology and will include three new songs: “Yet to Come”, “For Youth” and “Run BTS”. ”

ARMY can also follow BTS’ musical journey on their new Apple Music To display. The group recently visited the White House and met President Joe Biden to discuss anti-Asian hatred on the last day of AAPI Heritage Month.
